Our precious baby girl faith was diagnosed with cdh when I was 5 months pregnant. She was born with a severe case of cdh she fought for 25 days before she became an angel. We are all grateful for the time we had, some time was better than none. She is loved so much and will always be in our hearts and our thoughts always and forever xxxxx
