Our Help 4 Home scheme is designed to help families with the purchase of medical equipment and aids to make things easier once home. If your child has ongoing medical issues, and these items can’t be supplied by your hospital or care team please contact us as we may be able to help fund part or all of the cost. This can include specialist equipment such as an adapted pushchair for getting out and about with oxygen tanks and other equipment, or for portable equipment that allows you to care for you child whilst away from your home.

Please note that we cannot consider any applications that are not accompanied by a proof of CDH diagnosis and that the maximum grant per family is £1000 under this scheme.
